Bakery China 2026

    Bakery China is jointly organized by the China Association of Bakery & Confectionery Industry (CABCI) and Beijing Bakery Exhibition Services Co., Ltd. Established in 1997, the exhibition serves the entire bakery industry value chain as an annual industry extravaganza that integrates business matchmaking, industry exchange, innovation, brand promotion, trend insights, commercial collaboration, and technical exchange. It stands as one of the world's largest and most influential professional trade exhibitions dedicated to the bakery sector. 

    The 28th edition of Bakery China will take place from May 20 to 23, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) (No. 333 Songze Avenue, Shanghai).
