WNS series Steam Boiler is equipped with a high-performance industrial burner and incorporates advanced technologies such as automatic combustion ratio control, automatic feedwater regulation, programmed start/stop, and fully automatic operation. 1. Large-Diameter Corrugated Furnace

The combustion chamber features a large-diameter fully corrugated furnace, providing ample combustion space for complete fuel burning. The corrugated design effectively absorbs thermal expansion while increasing the radiant heat transfer area.

2. High-Quality Steam Output

The large-diameter boiler shell provides substantial water storage capacity, enabling the boiler to adapt effectively to load fluctuations and maintain stable steam output. The spacious steam chamber ensures sufficient separation between the water surface and steam outlet, resulting in lower steam moisture content and higher steam quality.

3. Enhanced Operational Safety Through Adequate Water Volume

The furnace is positioned at a low level within the boiler, and the water level design fully complies with international standards and safety regulations. Sufficient water reserve and water level fluctuation allowance ensure safe and stable boiler operation.

4. Multi-Function Explosion Relief Device

An explosion relief device connected to the furnace is installed on the rear panel of the boiler. In the event of a sudden fuel ignition or furnace deflagration, the device instantly releases excess pressure and automatically resets afterward. It also serves as a flame observation window and maintenance access point, facilitating combustion adjustment, inspection, and servicing.

5. Convenient Internal Maintenance

A manhole is provided on the top of the boiler, while additional access openings are located at the lower front and rear sections. These inspection ports allow easy maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of internal components and the boiler bottom.

6. Advanced Front and Rear Smoke Box Sealing Design

The smoke boxes are equipped with double-opening doors for easy access. A multi-layer labyrinth sealing structure with specially designed sealing materials provides excellent compression performance, effectively preventing flue gas leakage and allowing repeated use.

7. Reliable Pressure and Water Level Protection

The boiler incorporates multiple layers of pressure and water level protection, as well as flue gas temperature monitoring and over-temperature protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation under all conditions.

The boiler control system utilizes high-quality electrical components from Siemens and Delixi, ensuring reliable performance. Three control configurations are available:
