Horizontal Biomass Steam Boiler

DZH series Wood-fired moving grate Biomass Boiler is single drum water tube and firetube boiler, combustion equipment is moving grate. Water wall tubes at leftand right sides of furnace are the radiated heating area. the two wings atfurnace and screw fire tube in the drum are convection heating area. Thiswood fired steam boiler uses the upper drum, water wall tube and head arein symmetrical arrangement mode. The drum is welded assembly by cylinderand front back tube plate. This furnace structure in reasonable arrangementand high efficiency. This wood fired chain grate steam boiler uses the newscientific achievement, such as arch tube plate, screw fire tube to solve theproblem of tube plate flaw, water wall tube explosion, low efficiency,insufficient output, poor adaptability of different biomass fuel, improve theheat transfer.

The fuel used is biomass fuel produced from agricultural and forestry waste materials. Through processes such as crushing, mixing, extrusion, and drying, these raw materials are converted into various forms of molded biomass fuel (such as blocks, briquettes, or pellets), which can be directly combusted as a new type of clean and renewable energy source.

The DZH biomass boiler does not require uniform fuel feeding. Depending on the characteristics of the fuel, either manual feeding or mechanical feeding can be selected. By utilizing biomass fuel, the boiler offers clean and environmentally friendly operation, meeting modern environmental protection requirements.
