The day before yesterday, after accompanying clients on a factory inspection and witnessing on-site equipment testing, the client raised a very practical concern: once the equipment is purchased, can we guarantee a long-term supply of spare parts? Is there a risk that, a few years down the road, they might no longer be able to contact and find us or the factory?

As we were waiting for the car by the roadside, the client suddenly asked me, "Did you professionally study business hospitality or customer reception?" I replied, "Actually, no." The client continued, "Then how is it that you always manage to arrange every single detail with such thoughtfulness and professionalism?"
