High Pressure Foam Cleaning Machine

Application:

This machine is applicable to production workshops, livestock breeding, public health and other related industries. It can perform comprehensive cleaning on production equipment, environment and tools through high-pressure water flushing, foam cleaning and spray disinfection.

● Medium: Clear water at 0℃- 50℃;

● Water inlet method: Connect to tap water;

● Max. working pressure: 160 bar.

● The valve body adopts German technology and adopts precise proportional plug control imported from USA. It is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has low proportioning error, reducing the waste of chemicals.

● Working pressure: 10-260 kg, the function conversion gear has good sealing performance and does not leak.

● Equipped with silent oil-free air compressor and stainless steel secondary filter.

● Equipped with 304 SS manual/automatic hose reel, equipped with 25m food-grade high-pressure hose, working pressure 350kg/cm2, burst pressure 900kg/cm2, high temperature resistance of 90℃, acid and alkali resistance, not hardening at low temperature, both ends are equipped with SS hydraulic joints.

● Compared with tap water cleaning, water consumption is reduced by more than 75%.

● Water and electricity are plugged in, making the connection quick and easy.
